Services

Obsidian works directly with rental-property owners, providing information and consented one-to-one communication about leasing and managing their property. We do not sell or distribute contact lists, and we do not send bulk unsolicited marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. Communications are limited to property owners who have engaged with us regarding leasing or management of their own rental property.

SMS / Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number to us or by replying to our messages, you consent to receive conversational SMS from Obsidian (Omen Obsidian Group LLC) about your rental property.

  • Program: one-to-one follow-ups about leasing or managing your property.
  • Frequency: varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
