What we do
- Compile and verify publicly available property-owner and rental-listing information.
- Confirm ownership context and contact accuracy before any outreach.
- Operate consented, one-to-one owner communications (phone, SMS, and email) on behalf of, and in coordination with, the property-management professionals we serve.
- Provide workflow tooling so property managers can follow up with owners who have engaged with us.
We are not a bulk marketing service and we do not sell or distribute contact lists. Communications are limited to owners who have engaged with us about leasing or managing their own rental property.
Our messaging program
We send conversational, one-to-one SMS to property owners who have already engaged with us — owners who called us back, replied to our outreach, or requested follow-up about their rental. Messages relate to that owner's own property: scheduling a call, answering a question, or sending information they asked for.
Consent & opt-out. We message only owners who have initiated or continued contact with us. Every program message supports STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
